In addition to commercial brokerage, we provide property management services. Most of our institutional clients prefer the convenience of the "one-stop shopping" our company offers to coordinate all of the financial, maintenance and marketing aspects of a property. Our property management staff approaches each building with the same professionalism and enthusiasm as our brokers. Our property management services include all of the property accounting, reporting, and physical maintenance necessary to maintain a high quality image for the property and to service its occupants. We train our entire company to continually focus on the small details that can make a property more attractive to investors and tenants alike.

Our real estate professionals also provide a variety of construction and development services including project management, financial and market analysis and securing construction and long term financing. Our project management expertise starts with the land analysis, acquisition and permitting of a site through civil engineering and architectural design. We have also supervised the construction and lease up of a variety of office, retail and industrial buildings. Our analytical skills are essential to helping our clients secure the best financing terms and maximizing their return on investment.

Due to the volume of transactions we conduct in our market territory, we are often looked to as the "local commercial real estate market experts" by local banks, building owners, regional real estate publications, and the brokerage community, and we are frequently called upon to provide market data to these groups.
